Blue Chip Enterprises to Launch Two Boxing Training Centers in Myrtle Beach and Las Vegas

Blue Chip Enterprises is taking its next step in fighter development with plans to open two boxing training centers over the next year, giving the company a permanent presence on both coasts while expanding its investment in the fighters competing under its banner.

The first facility is scheduled to open in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this September. A second location will follow in Las Vegas in March 2027. Both gyms will operate under the direction of veteran trainer Brian Shannon, who will oversee their day-to-day boxing operations and fighter development.

While the two facilities will share the same mission, each will fill a different role.

The Myrtle Beach gym is being built as Blue Chip’s East Coast training hub, serving as a base for professional training camps while also providing opportunities for regional professionals and local amateur boxers. The facility is expected to become a year-round destination for sparring, technical instruction and fighter development, with a particular emphasis on helping serious young boxers in the Grand Strand area continue their progression in the sport.

The Las Vegas location will be geared almost exclusively toward the professional ranks. Designed as the home base for fighters signed to Blue Chip Enterprises, the facility will host training camps and provide access to the deep pool of elite sparring that has made Las Vegas boxing’s premier destination for decades.

The expansion reflects a broader vision for the company. Rather than limiting its role to promoting events, Blue Chip is building an infrastructure designed to support its fighters throughout their careers—from the amateur level on the East Coast to the professional stage in one of boxing’s most competitive markets.

“These facilities will serve all of our fighters signed to the company,” Shannon said. “They will turn into a hotbed for training, sparring, camps, and, most importantly, fighter development. I am looking forward to helping as many serious fighters as I can, especially the local amateurs in Myrtle Beach who are serious about the process of their self-improvement and mastery of the craft.”

The Myrtle Beach facility could provide a welcome addition to a growing local boxing scene by giving aspiring amateurs access to a structured training environment alongside experienced professionals. Meanwhile, Blue Chip’s signed fighters will have dedicated training centers designed to prepare them for the increasingly demanding regional and national boxing landscape.

With the Myrtle Beach gym expected to open this fall and the Las Vegas facility following next spring, Blue Chip Enterprises is positioning itself to do more than stage fight cards. The company is laying the groundwork for sustained fighter development, creating two gyms intended to serve as long-term homes for training, competition preparation and the next generation of talent.
